Through our in depth reconditioning process, each machine is completely torn down then reengineered and rebuilt to fit the customer’s application. We can repair and recondition your current machines, retrofit additional machines into your existing system, or provide complete reconditioned coil feed lines. PFS has been rebuilding coil handling equipment since 1978, and it is the only company of its kind and scale. Partnered with CHS Automation, PFS can provide coil feed lines incorporating both new and used elements. This flexibility allows PFS to offer solutions for a wide range of budgets, and distinguishes us from the competition.     RETROFITTING PNEUMATIC FEED SERVICE alongside CHS Automation, LLC., can integrate your current equipment into a new/used feed line. PNEUMATIC FEED SERVICE can re-build and repair used equipment while CHS Automation can build all new components to marry up with the used. No other coil handling systems manufacturer can offer this type of service at the speed and quality level we can.   MACHINING DEPARTMENT   Our recently expanded machining department now hosts two FADAL vertical milling machines, one Haas CNC turning lathe with live tooling, and an on-staff programmer.
